Felixstowe Carnival Programme Competition.
 | The competition has now closed and judging completed. This is the winning entry from Emily Pulham aged 8 years who attends Causton Junior School. She wins family tickets for the Carnival weekend, a framed copy of the programme which, of course, has her picture on the cover.
